The ING group headquarters in Amstelveensweg in Amsterdam is a very odd structure. Shaped like a shoe, its a complete glass and steel structure. There is even a small forest in between. We so wanted to visit the building and see how it looks to watch Amsterdam from there. There are not many sky scrappers in Amsterdam. But the architects go wild with their designs moving away from the conventional rectangular structures

The above is taken when I was returning home from work. Taken from a moving metro where I had to remove the camera from my bag and click, I call it a “2 Second lucky shot”

The clouds, the evening sky and the setting sun against a grand structure
