The Best Batata Wadas of Amsterdam

I learned cooking for my scout camp back in my 7th standard. But beyond making rice and dal, I did not venture much. But when I stayed in Amsterdam, cooking became a necessity rather than an option.

Another factor that prompted me to cook was Vijay. He is a very passionate cook and enjoys cooking a lot. In my client’s office we had the tradition of bring pastries and cakes for birthday. Instead of bringing pastries, I decided to take efforts and cook myself and what better than batata wadas.

I made 75 Wadas that day. They were the best batata wadas made in Amsterdam as everybody agreed.

I guess that before that day nobody had made Batata wadas in Amsterdam
