105- Sheru @ 4 weeks
I met Sheru when he was barely 4 weeks old. Sheru is the pet dog of the family I stayed with in Amsterdam. Till then, I never had a pet nor was close to any animal. In fact I was once chased by a dog while going to school in my childhood. So the memories were not so great.
But Sheru was different. He was barely 4 weeks old and it was a gift to a 11 year old girl. A Labrador, he was quite cute to look at. He was chosen from a group of 6 puppies because he was the silent, peaceful among his siblings. One year later, he was not that peaceful as it seems.
We had brought him home after another two weeks. He has grown up now and I doubt if he can remember me after more than 2 years now but I still remember him in the car and singing a lullaby to keep him relaxed during the long journey home.
