Digambar is my friend Mathew’s colleague and also my good friend. He has Ganpathi at his house and when Mathew told me that his Ganpathi idol featured in local newspaper, I was eager to see it.

Although set in a house, an elaborate set was prepared in his house. The set reflected Dwarkamai from Shirdi. Dwarkamai is the residence of Shirdi’s Sai baba. We were actually treated for a complete and fantastic light and music show. I was highly impressed by the show the family had put up.

In the course of the show, light beams reflected in the idol’s background which gave a superb look. I am not sure if the camera was able to capture it but watching that in his house was very good to watch.
