Why this photo is blurr….if the focus is on President’s house then why the house is blurr and cars are clear….I get confused by looking at this logic….please enlighten me as I lack the artistic angle….
Its a symbolic photo. In Indian democracy we elect our representatives for parliament who in turn elect the president. These people are responsible for drafting policies which will make our life better. However once they reach Parliament, they become the elite ones who become unreachable. It means we cannot contact our own representatives. The wall between us and them becomes quite blurred. Even though we can afford luxury items like car, dream about a good quality of life becomes quite blurred.
