On a different note, the 1960 movie, “Jagachya Pathivar” had some good songs. Music was by Sudhir Phadke with gems like “Thakle re nandlala”, “Vikat ghetala Shyam” and “Tula Pahate mee” with some meaningful lyrics by G D Madgulkar too.
The movie had Raja Paranjpe and a very young Seema Deo (Ramesh Deo’s wife)
