2000– Unaad2K–The Young Model

The 1000th Post was my wife and the 2000th post marks the actual debut of Amaya Dhuri in Unaad, the earlier photos were just a sneak peak.

The last 7 months she has been the centre of our universe. We have gone wild clicking her photos so much so that I do not have latest Non-Amaya Photo in the last few months.

We have been documenting a lot of her infant years. I do not have a single photo of me as a baby. My parents could not afford a camera and Photography at that time was a luxury. But my daughter will have many photos to look back when she grows up.

She has been changing everyday and its a wonder….her childhood. Its fascinating to watch her grow everyday, learn every day, struggle and in return bring that smile in us.

I started Unaad 4 and half years back and 2000 post later its more of a habit now. Started based on a casual conversation with Vijay and the name suggested by Sandeep, it really has come a long way.

Unaad has helped me keep my interest in photography alive. The feedback, positive and negative has been helpful. I don’t get huge number of visitors but the few I get expect me to post everyday and that I can try.

I like to thank all the visitors, new and old who’s presence has forced me and encouraged to improve. I have improved since I started, atleast I think it that way…. and I hope all of you too think the same.
