541 – Beautiful but why?

I found this sign on the road to Vazachal Falls. Although these are beautiful words what is the point of putting it as a prominent board near the road.
Does it alert/warn drivers not to sleep while driving? There are too many words for the driver to notice while driving
I really wonder why?

the poet- Robert Frost is a nature lover..he loves the woods..but hes reminding himself that he has to go because he has a promise to keep,and though he longs to stay in the forest he has to leave ..for it will get dark..and he cant sleep there! its not nec. a poem for driving in the dark…but yea a warning saying that this is a pretty place but dont lose track of time!!!
